Warrior Waters is TMC Custom Pools' commitment to using what we build to give something meaningful back.
Through the Warrior Waters Project, TMC sets aside a portion of proceeds from our pool projects and Warrior Waters merchandise with one goal: to design and build a custom swimming pool for a deserving local hero and their family.
To us, a hero is not defined by a title or a profession. It can be someone who has served their country or their community, someone who has sacrificed for others, someone who has shown extraordinary strength through difficult circumstances, or simply someone whose character and impact deserve to be recognized.
Where It Started
The Warrior Waters Project was officially founded in 2026, but the idea had been growing inside TMC for years. We wanted the success of our business to have an impact beyond the projects we build, something meaningful, sustainable, and directly connected to what we do best. In 2026, that idea became Warrior Waters: a long term commitment to use our craft, our company, and our community to give something significant back. Warrior Waters was never meant to be a one time giveaway. It was built to grow alongside TMC, so our impact grows as the company does.a

We build pools for a living, but we believe a business can be about more than what it sells. Warrior Waters gives us a way to take something we are good at and use it to make a tangible difference for someone who has made a difference for others.

How It Works
Warrior Waters is funded directly through TMC Custom Pools. A portion of every TMC pool project and every Warrior Waters merchandise purchase is set aside for the project. Those contributions accumulate toward designing and building a custom pool for a selected local hero and their family.
Our clients do not have to donate or add anything to their contract. Supporting Warrior Waters is built into doing business with TMC. And Warrior Waters merchandise gives anyone in the community a way to be part of the project, even if they are not building a pool with us.

Get Involved
There are three ways to be part of Warrior Waters. Build your backyard with TMC, and a portion of your project automatically supports the next hero. Shop Warrior Waters merchandise and wear the mission wherever you go. Or nominate someone whose story deserves to be told.
Every Warrior Waters pool starts with a name. If you know someone in the Phoenix area whose character, sacrifice, or service has made a difference for others, tell us about them using the form. You do not need to know them well, and you do not need to build a pool with us to nominate. Nominations are reviewed by the TMC family, and every one is read.
